I am looking for a handy person for roughly 5-10 hours a week part time. I run three short-term rentals and need someone who can do handy work such as painting, moving things, cleaning, organizing, light landscaping and general light handy-person tasks. Nothing major like electrical, plumbing or carpentry. I would like someone with at least some experience in this kind of work, but it is not absolutely necessary. Since this is for only 5-10 hours a week, depending on what is going on that week, it would be good for someone as a little extra income. The three rentals are located in South Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (1 in each location). Also, you will be helping me personally with some every day tasks.
