Seeking mature responsible individual to perform caretaker and general labor duties including snow shoveling/plowing, painting, handyman services, upkeep of vehicles and machinery, coordinate work with local tradespeople, cleaning duties. Carpentry skills preferred as well. The candidate must be alcohol and drug free. Must live in vicinity of Ashland/Windham. Clean drivers license and no criminal background. References required.
