plumber needed to re-build my sewer lift station

I have two grinder pumps, one new, one old. The new one was working fine till it stopped pumping for reasons unknown. The old one is pumping a little but probably has a wipe caught in it that is causing it to trip out. The new pump is connected by a flexible hose that is only held on by one hose clamp a side. I need this whole thing working reliably. both pumps can be pulled up via a rope but that is after they are disconnected from the PVC line to city sewer.
