Unblock & Clean/Inspect Chimney for wood heat use again

Looking for someone with experience to unblock & clean my chimney. At the top of the chimney there is a large block that needs to get removed. Need someone who can assess the chimney status and if it needs to be swept/cleaned. The roof is quite tall, however the angle is not that steep where the chimney is located. I have a long/tall ladder that should reach to that roof you can use. Looking for someone experienced in blocking/unblocking/cleaning of chimneys who can also provide a bit of guidance on ensuring the chimney can be used for wood heat again. Quick/Easy job for someone not afraid to go on a roof.
