Boss Frog’s is seeking a road and e-bike mechanic for variety of bicycle types at Boss Frog's Bike shops in Lahaina and Kihei. Shifts are located in Lahaina- Sunday and Monday, and Kihei Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (alternative days may be considered). Position maintains, repairs and rents bikes for our bike rental service, sells related products, and generally operates bike shop. Position instructs customers on self-guided e-bike tours and bike safety. This is a mechanic and customer service position. Will train person with related mechanic experience. Competitive wages Compensation exceeds $31 per hour = $25-$28 per hour minimum, plus commissions and bonuses. Full time positions - paid Health Insurance + paid Vacation. 401K Plan Responsible for maintaining bikes in safe operating conditions within deadlines. Responsible for instructing customers on bike safety and local conditions. Strong, professional verbal and written customer service and mechanic skills. Organized and ability to maintain organized shop. Computer proficiency with the ability to learn. We use AL-Desk system. High school Diploma or equivalent. Speak, read and write English.
