We are looking for an active, retired or unemployed, small shop (single man preferred), roofer to repair the roof at an apartment complex in Satellite Beach, FL. Applicants should have torch down roofing experience. We are removing a/c units on the roof and will need the holes repaired. Start date is estimated to be July 11 or so. Please respond with qualifications and hourly wage request. The applicant should have a work vehicle and the necessary tools.
