Looking for someone who can lay approx 650 sqft of carpet. Padding and tack strips are down. You just need to stretch, kick and seam. You will need your own kicker/tools. Cash paid when done. Located in Newport News. Preferably available tomorrow. You need to know what you are doing and it needs to be done well.
I may have another couple to do in the next couple weeks.
