Description
Management company has an immediate need for another porter in a Riverdale apartment house. This is a permanent job, with union benefits after 90 days probation, for those who demonstrate excellent performance. Duties include trash removal, cleaning hallways, vacant apartments and outside areas, cutting grass, and similar tasks as assigned.
Hours are 8am - 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Starting pay rate during 90 day probation is $16 / hour.
Must be ready to start work immediately.
