Maintenance Mechanic needed for an Apartment Complex in Norwood. Great opportunity for the right person. Positive work environment. Monday through Friday 8-4. Typical tasks include: Light carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Troubleshooting, repairs. Appliance replacement. Landscaping (mowing, blowing, edging, mulching, trimming). Apartment turnovers and renovations. Snow removal when needed. Requirements: Positive attitude. Willingness to learn and take instruction. Ability to pass a criminal background check (CORI). Ability to work independently or in a group. Compensation: $18.00. Paid lunch (1 hr). 2 weeks vacation per year. Sick Time. Holidays. Tools provided. Job position is available for immediate hire. Will train the right person, regardless of background. Willingness and ability to learn is essential.
