Handyman/Project Leader needed by Real Estate Office

Small Office needs a person with maintenance and repair skills to work on a part-time basis, 5 hours per day starting at 8AM. Position could possibly grow into more hours. Person must have their own vehicle and tools, and live in close proximity to Cambridge and Somerville. Our office manages residential property and light carpentry and painting will be needed, along with experience with light plumbing repairs. The individual will also be asked to perform inspections and will have the opportunity to participate in projects and interact with contractors to earn attractive bonuses. Though this is a part-time position, it will enjoy benefits that come with full-time employment, such as accrued vacation time, personal days and paid Holidays. Candidate must be honest, dependable and capable to communicate with tenants, contractors, and scheduling work assignments with our office. Note: A Cori check will be required of candidate.
