RESPONSIBLE maintenance person/manager, must have knowledge of general home and building repairs and organizational skills. MUST have basic computer skills to maintain work records. Be able to communicate in English. Must be available for emergency calls for certain maintenance issues that may arise. Job location is in Boston at Kenmore Square area.
