Property manager needs an insured roofer to rip off and replace 1 layer on a 14 square townhouse roof in Country estates development in Lumberton, NJ. Pitch is around 6-7. HOA requires roofer to fill in a supplement with insurance information. Areas will also need plywood replacement. Labor only quote to include cleanup of project debris from gutters and ground. Can work with your availability.
