Maintain interior and exterior of two senior apartment communities Complete make-readies of vacants - painting and repairs Responsible for maintaining all common areas and grounds in a safe and clean manner Daily removal of Trash/Recycling Remove and transfer of appliances, abandoned furniture and equipment as necessary Schedule and perform routine maintenance, ability to fix minor repairs to apts. General knowledge of all things pertaining to property management. Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and Property Manager.
