Home Care Specialists is looking for a responsible Delivery Driver/Technician to deliver and setup home medical products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Delivery, setup and instructions on home respiratory and medical equipment. Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints On-call rotation (additional $210 a week extra) Some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Requirements Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver Valid professional driver’s license Ability to operate vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations Ability to use a Tablet/Smart phone Good physical shape Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 Must have a clean driving record (Obtain record from RMV) Must have a clean background Candidate must be 18+ Non CDL position Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card Pay Day 1 $17 per hour After 2 week training $17 per hour plus $2- per hour differential 90 day review with pay increase based off performance 6 month review with pay increase based off performance 1 year review with pay increase based off performance $500- bonus once trained $2.00 per hour differential once trained On-call rotation (additional $210 a week extra)
