Installs and maintains high-end fitness equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work individually or as part of a team delivering and assembling fitness equipment into residential and commercial facilities. • Perform preventative maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients; you will be fixing fitness equipment in the shop, customer homes and commercial facilities. • Maintain/update customer relations software daily. • Prepare and follow through with paperwork related to billing for field work (installs, preventative maintenance, etc.) performed. • Perform initial diagnostics and report findings to superior. • Assemble and test floor model retail equipment correctly and efficiently. • New customer development QUALIFICATIONS: • Exceptional customer service skills. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Mechanically inclined. • Ability to act and operate independently and as part of a team to accomplish objectives while taking accountability for work product; you will be working in the field by yourself and as part of a two-person delivery crew. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you will need to communicate and work well with others (both customers and co-workers). • Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record. • Must be able to drive vehicles with manual transmission. • No substance abuse record. • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and physical. • Mechanically inclined; you will be servicing, assembling and installing top-of-the-line fitness equipment. • Must be able to sit, stand, bend and safely lift up-to 200lbs. • Excellent customer service skills; this position involves talking to customers who have put their trust in Better Body Fitness. • Prior retail delivery experience is a plus; if you have done this before that can only help. • Ability to complete jobs on time and in a professional manner; we have service and delivery schedules to keep. Our customers expect our service and deliveries to be completed well and on-time.
