American Freight Service is looking for motivated individuals to meet our customer needs within the warehousing industry. We are currently hiring for full time positions at our Franklin Indiana location and part time positions at our Indianapolis and Plainfield locations. Compensation: Our incentivized pay scale allows employees to be compensated accordingly for their hard work. After training, full incentivized positions are available. AFS incentivized employees average $20+ an hour and receive a $500.00 sign-on bonus, medical, 401k, and boot reimbursement with additional perks. Job Requirements: - Have a valid drivers license - Have two forms of identification - Be drug free - Undergo a background evaluation - Be able to lift at least 75 pounds - Follow and work safely within protocols - Have basic math skills - Have basic computer knowledge - Have the ability to multitask AFS considers these requirements for all potential hires to set our employees up for success with our company.
