ADV Property Services has multiple immediate positions open for Experienced Painters must be able to do prep. work prior to painting we are also seeking General Laborers to assist with daily operations as needed. Some experience with the following would be a benefit: sheetrock installs, repair, taping & mudding, window & door install, carpentry, basic electrical & plumbing, painting, deck repair, bathroom & kitchen repairs cabinet & counter top installs etc. We handle all aspects of home rehab. These positions are for immediate fill Monday thru Friday & some Saturdays as needed. We are looking for someone with recent work experience, verifiable recent references, must be able to work alone or in a team environment, must be able to follow instructions and be able to trouble shoot problems, must have own transportation to & from the job site If interested please respond with your full name, phone number & work experience.
