Build Playground Dome

Description

We bought this geometric playground dome for our children and we cannot figure out how to build it. Needing a handyman with a knack for building to complete this project from Step One. All the parts and hardware are available. I'm thinking $30 because it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes for the talented.
