Expert Tile Installer to Do Corrective Work

GC complete with guy & rehab has a backsplash installed by tile contractor that’s deficient. Both GC and client isn’t happy with product, yet the installer is stating there’s nothing he can do to correct the issues. Looking for installer to come up with solution to install schluter or bullnose at window opening and the end when the cabinet stops. Also there are some significant bad cuts that need to be replaced. Extra tile, schluter, and grout are onsite… NEED work done this week before agent has photos taken.
