Need shower valve replaced

We are looking to have our old shower valve replaced with a new pressure-balanced valve. Replacement valve is already purchased, and tiles/wall have been torn down so space is exposed. Will also need shower head raised. MUST be licensed and bonded/insured plumber. Please provide your bid and timeframe for completing the work.
