plastic tile in a small room

This is an animal shelter. I bought some plastic tiles from the internet for a small room. I am not sure if not enough. But I am need someone to put the tile on the floor. It would be great if you can buy something to seal the tiles at the walls so if a cats pees the pee will not go under the wall. The AC is broken and it is hot here. And the smell is not that great. This is near Gessner and I-10 (Katy Freeway) I need it done quickly on Tuesday. thank you
