We are a Houston Carpet Cleaning and Floor Care business looking to hire 1 additional Full Time Cleaning Technician. Must have a clean driving record with a valid TX driver's license. Some experience in any service-related industry such as professional cleaning, HVAC, lawn care, or any other industry that involves performing services in a customer's home, is a plus! Experience is NOT mandatory. We have a hands-on training program that will have you up to speed and making great money in less than 30 days. If you have carpet cleaning experience, even better! We strive to provide TOP QUALITY customer service. Our Tech MUST be able to be cheerful and courteous to ALL of our customers EVERY day regardless of circumstance. Quiet and shy, need not apply. This is a FULL-time position. Regular work hours are 8-6. Start and end times are based on the customers’ immediate needs but occasionally include evening work, and on-call shifts. Once fully trained, technicians have the option to finish their work and go home early or to accept additional work to help increase their paychecks. This is not an hourly position, it doesn't matter how fast you complete your work as long as it is done RIGHT the first time. Those with restrictive lifestyles or no transportation need not apply. Attendance is key for this position. Showing up late, tardiness, and repeated "calling out sick" will not be tolerated.
