Description

Making pasta from scratch is not difficult. In this class you will see a demonstration as to how to mix the ingredients for the dough balls. Then, previously prepared dough will be available for participants to use the pasta rolling equipment. Students will boil their fettuccini noodles, sauté chicken to add to the dish and finally, learn how to make a quick and easy alfredo sauce. The ingredients will be assembled into a 9"x6" pan ready to take home. The cost is $40 This includes all ingredients, instruction, and the recipes.
