Looking for a jack of all trades! Must have experience taking off popcorn ceiling, painting, some plumbing (installing food disposals, using snake for plumbing issues, maintenance to water heaters, replacing water valves, replacing kitchen/ bathroom faucets), basic electrical (replacing electrical outlets), landscaping, working on "turns" for an apartment complex.
