At the moment we're signing up several new accounts a month and that number has only been going up and up. We need people with all types of different backgrounds and experiences to become an asset to our team. We provide all tools, uniform, brand new trucks and benefits. Full-time instant support from staff and management. Any protective gear that you could need while working. We also primarily deal with high-end pools and high- end customers. So almost all of the pool equipment will be brand new and practically self maintaining. If you have experience, we want to hire you. We value our team members The pay varies depending on experience and it can range between $12 to $14 per pool. We offer competitive pay depending on your level of knowledge Plus bonuses: $200 dollar bonuses for new customer sign ups, $150 whenever a customer gives you a good Yelp review (no limit); $500 dollar bonuses for referring an experienced technician.
