PRCS is hosting the first-ever LoCo Kid's Fest with family-friendly vendors, interactive and educational opportunities, food, games and more! Bring the entire family out on Labor Day to enjoy fun in Leesburg! This event is free and open to the public. Lawn chairs are welcome. Festivities - Loudoun County Animal Services and Loudoun County Combined Fire & Rescue System will be providing service vehicles for families to explore! - Loudoun County Animal Services will be hosting a free Kid’s Stuffed Animal Adoption Event for any interested children along with other games and animal-related activities. - Loudoun County Combined Fire & Rescue System educating kids on exiting the home safely in an emergency will be educating kids on exiting the home safely in an emergency and providing a 911 simulator to educate children about making an emergency phone call.
