Current condition
1. The floor is roughly about 3 W x 8 L
2. We have a peel and stick tile over top of a ceramic tile
If you look at the photo you can see the wear and tear. Some tile squares moved around and glue from in between the tile started to come up. The toilet is a little wobbly because the floor is probably uneven in that area. I think it's best to pull up the tile and put a new floorboard down over top old one so the toilet is level. I can purchase all the material if needed and the person that gets this gig just charges us for labor.
This is a small cheap house in Petersburg so I'm not looking for any upsells like redoing the whole bathroom. Matter of fact the tub and shower were replaced two years ago.
I'm just looking for the least expensive option.
1. A new floorboard
2. linoleum tile.
