Sand kitchen wood floor

I am looking for someone with a drum sander or a random orbital sander who can sand the wood floor of the kitchen area in my townhome rental unit. Will also need a hand sander / edger for underneath cabinet overhangs and along walls. It is a small area and likely no more than 4 hours of work for someone with skill. Want a 24, 60, 100 grit passes. Not looking for perfection, but a good job. I’ll stain and poly it after it is sanded. Job will need to start on Wednesday June 29th. You can come by on Tuesday June 28th to see townhome and space if you like. Price is fixed, don’t try to negotiate while on site. If too low, don’t respond.
