An all-inclusive beginners yoga class to reconnect your mind back to your body from the busy world. From ages 12 to 112, anyone can come to calm the mind and relax the body in this peaceful novice class. We ask you to bring the following to class. Yoga matFoam yoga blockBlanket (cushion for bum & knees)Yoga StrapWaterWe have yoga mats and blocks for sale in the studio if you do not have your own. Due to the limited availability of the class, you may be charged a $5.00 no-show fee if you do not cancel within 24 hours of the class.*
