**Crewman for Site Demolition **

Demolition Site Crewman JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: · Guide operator with hand signaling and radio communication to ensure operator is safely maneuvering machine around obstacles and blind spots · Assist operator with dust control (operate fire hose per Maricopa County Air Quality Department requirements) · Handpicking, shoveling, and raking debris not collected by machine or in hard-to-reach areas · Responsible for signaling semi-truck traffic entering and exiting job site · Assist heavy equipment operator with daily inspections of equipment (machines, excavators, etc.) and daily mechanical services (re-fueling, greasing, air filter & AC filters) · Monitor “track-out” of dirt (ensure that no dirt is tracked out onto city roads or streets as machines & trucks exit site) · Clean out machines at end of shift (sweep out interior cab, clean windows, etc.) POSITION REQUIREMENTS: - MUST be punctual - Motivated self-starter - MUST have reliable transportation. Job-sites locations will vary across the valley as well as occasionally out of town (Prescott, Tucson, Flagstaff, etc.) - Respectful and courteous to superiors and peers - Willing to cross train in other duties is a plus+ (interior demo, shop maintenance, etc.) Please call Jeff for more information and to set up an interview.
