The Quality Inn, Prescott, AZ is currently hiring for a maintenance engineer/houseman. This position entails all aspects of hotel maintenance including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance. Candidates must also be willing to work in and assist the housekeeping department as needed. The ideal candidate must: • Be familiar with all types of interior/exterior maintenance including painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, pool maintenance, and general repair. • Have good customer service skills. • Be able to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and vendors. • Be able to work with and assist other departments as needed. • Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Ensure that all work is completed thoroughly and in a high-quality/professional manner. • Have a flexible schedule. • Be available to perform emergency on-call duties.
