Open Positions: We have an immediate openings for a motivated millworkers/Installers/Craftsman Full time position, 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday –Friday. We are looking for a well organized, detail orientated, and a hard worker with great communication skills. This is a small growing company so you must be willing to grow with the company and adjust well to changes. We are looking for a self starter with great organizational skills. This position will include being on job sites 35% of the time and other time in shop working with machinery. Must be experienced in wood working. Pay- $28/hr plus bonuses Experience: Operate a CNC Machine and Edge Bander, Table saws other equipment without supervision. Organize materials, parts, and orders for production. Ensure quality control standards are met during production. Operate forklift and pallet jack. Installation of cabinetry and other materials. YOU ARE AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE: Strong, fast, efficient, detail-oriented, and tidy work ethic. Motivation to learn and take on new tasks. Willingness to listen and take direction. Experience using power/hand tools. Drivers License/vehicle Flexibility with change and can maintain a positive attitude. Warehouse experience is a plus. Forklift Certification is a plus. Great attitude and a team player a must! Shop leader experience. WORKING CONDITIONS: Lift, push, carry, and move weight up to 75 lbs. Full range of body motion is required. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Entail a noisy and dusty work environment at times. Ear and eye protection is provided by us and always required in warehouse. Entails warehouse-like conditions and weather; hot in summer, cold in winter. ABOUT THE COMPANY: We are new and growing cabinetry manufacturer.
