Techniquex offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits including: • Journeyman: $31 - $41 / Hour • Foreman: $26 - $30 / Hour • Apprentices: $23 - $25 / Hour • Laborers: $20 - $22 / Hour Other Benefits: • Quality Based Bonus Program • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match • Paid Vacation & Holidays • Company Truck and Phone (Superintendents only) • Company Trip (Superintendents only) Qualifications: • Resinous flooring experience. • Ability to lead and teach complex installation procedures and be very detail oriented • Ability of follow directions from Project Manager. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in the quality of one’s work performed • Be in good physical condition – walking, standing, bending, knelling to access work areas and perform tasks - able to lift and carry over 75lbs. • Adhere to a strict safety culture, which benefits everyone. • Cleanliness and good organization skills are critical. • Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude. • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Authorized to work in the United States.
