Art Night: Peace Join us. Thursday July 21st 6 to 7:30 PM HUGS, inc. and East End THRIVE will be hosting a radically inclusive watercolor and meditation experience, no prior art or meditation experience is required for participants to receive benefit. The experience will show us how we can use meditation and positive affirmations to restructure our thinking, helping us culinary more inner peace. We will share a guided meditation followed by our watercolor experience where we will use the watercolor to symbolically understand and express peace, resulting in a beautiful piece of art to take home as a reminder of the strength and power that we all hold as individuals to achieve peace in our everyday lives. The experience is free and pre-registration is required so that we have enough supplies on hand for all who choose to join us in person in Westhampton Beach. Refreshments and supplies will be provided.
