Wanting to start a Christian band... an Epic/Orchestral Christian Band

Description

I recently moved to this area a little over a year ago. I play guitar, a little piano, and have written 50+ songs. I've also been on several worship teams. My vision for this kind of band is very specific and finding the right people to join this endeavor is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. But, who knows? With God, all things are possible. The style of music I am envisioning is epic/orchestral music similar to: Audiomachine, Two Steps From Hell, Future World Music, Matias Puumala, and Thomas Bergerson just to name a few. There is only one other guy I know of that is doing Christian music like this. Here is his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/SimonKhorolskiy Here are the orchestral versions of some of my songs: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5AJ6qcKJD36ApC7vqRrdOIb8q26Vc0JY Keep in mind that this was done with a cheap microphone, an old guitar, and GarageBand. One of my frustrations with some virtual instruments is that they don't sound remotely close to the real thing... unless I spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars. For example, a virtual oud sounds like playing a kid's toy. The articulations, the dynamics, and the sliding notes are difficult to replicate. I'd rather learn to play the real thing... or find someone who does. I'm currently working on the orchestral version of a worship song called Manna. I have so many songs that I haven't finished and doing this solo while working a full-time job has just become too overwhelming. I live in Craigmont. Don't worry if that is too far of a drive. I usually go down to Lewiston on Friday, and occasionally up to the Pullman area. I'm able to work remotely all day on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
