Personal Assistant - Stylist &
Event Planner
Responsibilities will include:
Shopping/purchasing - Posh uploads, preparing for my annual stylist closet sale. Prepping for clothing swaps.
Errands – examples: dry cleaning, returns, shipping, picking up orders, etc.
Calendaring- Responsible for professional calendaring, coordinating with business teams, and other staff.
Strong tech, Canva and other computer programs experience. Picture taking experience.
Liaison and communicator - You will often be a communicator of information on behalf of the business with their friends, family members, and advisors.
Research, bookings, logistics, and beginning -to-end itinerary prep and oversight.
Misc - There will be a number of miscellaneous tasks that come up.
Requirements:
Must live in the East Bay Area and have the ability to travel to Hercules as needed (no more than 1x a week)
Tech savvy; familiarity with GSuite and Apple products.
Attributes needed: hard-working, ethical, and earnest professional who takes pride in your work
Operates with a sense of urgency, but in doing so does not compromise quality of work.
Takes ownership and responsibilities for their work, and is careful, precise, and detail oriented
Is a genuine and friendly person
Has very strong organization skills, as well as developing and writing emails. Help with quarterly newsletter and monthly podcast.
15-20 commensurate experience. References required.
