2+1/2 year old dog seeking new home

It breaks my heart even having to write this post, but we are looking for a forever home for our 2+1/2 year old mixed breed, Melody. Whilst we love her so so much and she is an amazing family member, we are moving to Scotland at the end of this year and we cannot take her with us. We want to rehome her a few months in advance of us leaving in case of any issues with her new home so that we can have a chance to find her an alternative, though we will be picky with who she goes to in the first place as that would not be good for her. She does not do well with other animals, and would fit best as the only pet in the household. Absolutely amazing with children, including newborns and babies (we have a 1 year old and Melody is her best friend and has been ever since we brought the baby home, honestly even since wife was pregnant she was glued to her.) She loves to lounge around the house, but also needs space to run in the form of a decent sized yard with high fences. She struggles with separation anxiety, and this will likely be a hard transition for her leaving us and the house she knows. We need someone who is willing to take her with the understanding that they will need to put in the time, either via training or potentially some other means depending on how the transition is going. For the potential new owner, we are more than happy to discuss all this and more in detail.
