The smiles you see on our faces are there for a reason. We are looking for a new Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. Inventory Control Supervisor Position Overview Responsible for tasks that are crucial to maintaining Dock High’s inventory accuracy standards. Essential Functions Supervise inventory accuracy maintenance including but not limited to: 1. Ensure accurate cycle counts, triggered counts and bin checks regularly and on time as per the inventory schedule. 2. Maintain bins through SKU consolidation and bin-moves. Organize, maintain, clean and tidy bin location 3. Conduct full physical counts and system reconciliations if requested by clients. 4. Determine and rectify exception resolution of damaged items and mis-labeled products. 5. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including taking steps to solve root causes. 6. Work individually or with key personnel to effectively develop and implement process improvements. 7. Maintain assigned activity trackers, reports and other visibility tools. 8. Maintain safe working environment at all times. 9. Represent Dock High Logistics with a high level of integrity and professionalism. 10. Adhere to Dock High Logistics policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner. Proficiencies 1. Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail. 2. Willingness to learn new systems and process, Warehouse Management System and general principals of inventory control. 3. Ability to study and apply new information. Basic word processing and computer database skills. 4. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
