Drywall Replacement

Hi, There was a water leak on the 2nd floor of my rental condo that went into the ceiling of the garage. I believe that area is starting to mold so I need someone to go there and cut out the moldy drywall area (I believe about 3 feet by 5 feet) in the ceiling and replace with new drywall. Please see the picture. I realize there may be some mold in the ceiling once you take the drywall off and if that is the case I'd like for you to spray any visible mold with bleach. Please let me know how much you would charge to do this assuming that is all there is to do. Thank you Maz
