We are excited to bring to you an Art and Wellness Day at Milldale Farm Center for Wellness, a fundraising event for our 501c3 nonprofit, Vermont Be True. Join us for some or all of the events: 9am- 10:15am Yoga and Guided Meditation $10 10:30am- 11:30am- Discussion on Access Tool and learn a few of the bars to experience some more space in your head. $15-$20 12pm- 3:00pm- Book a full Access Bars session to experience more ease, joy, glory, and so much more magic in your life. We will also have sessions available by donation from Milldale Farm Center for Wellness Providers, such as massage, energy work, and cupping and tissue work by Mountainside Chiropractic. Light snacks will be provided. 3:30pm-5:30pm- Art Expression Workshop with Shaun Glenn- $20, all materials included. 6pm-7pm- Art Gallery with mocktails and acoustic performance. By donation event. 7pm- Sauna Party! Join us by our historic mill for a refreshing and reinvigorating sauna. By donation Event. A portion of all proceeds will be donated directly to our nonprofit, Vermont Be True. Vermont Be True is a registered 501c3 nonprofit with the mission of subsidizing holistic healthcare for historically underserved and at need communities, offer programming to support our mission, and create safe, inclusive, and open community spaces.
