Hiring Immediately! I need 1 Full time Day Porter and 1 Full time evening custodian. Job requires cleaning at a top rated University. The location is Florida Polytechnic University. LAKELAND, FL. Hours for Day Porter is from 5:00 AM until 1:30 PM Monday thru Friday. Part time position is possible but must be from 5 am until 9:00 AM. Evening custodian is from 5:00 PM until 1:30 AM Monday Thru Friday. Part time positions may be considered. Medical, vision, dental, company paid life insurance after 90 days plus paid vacations, 401-k plus more. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Starting pay is $11-$12, Depending on experience and great work ethic. Monthly gift card incentives to ones who make a difference. Must have a good work ethic and transportation to and from work everyday. Be responsible and dependable. Everyone has a daily route which could include but not limited to dusting, wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping,vacuuming. Cleaning restrooms, collecting trash and relining trash receptacle, replenishing paper and soap products in restrooms and kitchens etc. Please set up a short interview before all positions are filled.
