We are hiring a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician Commercial Properties Only. No weekends and No on call. Fixed schedule M-F 9-5 Have the work/life balance you have been after... Service Technician Responsibilities: * Diagnose HVAC problems and successfully repair them. * Know how to install Compressors, Fans, etc... * Notifying office of any part replacements and return warranty parts to distributor. * Able to climb ladders, work on roofs, and drop down ceilings. Applicant Requirements: * Must have some applicable tools for position. * Must be EPA Certified. * Must have valid driver’s license with good driving history. * Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. * Prefer 3+ years’ experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: Industry Standards based on experience Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • HVAC: 3 years License/Certification: • EPA Certification
