I need a knowledgeable mechanic who can correctly put a head gasket and adjust valves on my 1982 Honda 650 nighthawk. "The best mechanic I've ever known on motorcycles was my self-taught neighbor back in the 80's." All I care about is that you know what you are doing and have done it before on this type of motorcycle engine. It has an oil leaking. You can do the job here at my home. I require a mechanic that does what they say and when they say it will be done, and of course, correctly. I already have the gasket set for the job. I have no way of knowing if the head needs to be shaved, at this point. The bike is all together, running, and rideable. I am thinking do the job here, use my tools, $350 cash when you get done and bike is checked that it is fixed correctly, no oil leak and runs as good as it does now. $350 cash is good money for one day's work!
