move my sofa and bed frame

I need to move a large sofa, 9 feet x 3.5 feet to move from weaverville to North asheville. 10 min drive. Also a bed frame needs to be brought back. Might need a long pick up. Let me know when and how much you charge. If you have an extra man and I don’t have to help even better
