We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to support management with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. A lead assists to ensure efficiency in all areas of the warehouse, helps coordinate the workflow within a warehouse and provides support to the team. A successful lead assists in developing an efficient team by focusing on individual performance and to requirements to achieve high standards. Shift 1 | Monday-Friday| 6AM-2:30PM | $21.50/H Shift 2 | Monday-Friday | 2PM-10:30PM | $22.50/H Shift 3 |Sunday-Thursday | 10PM-6:30AM | $23.50/H Responsibilities • Assist supervisor in efficient warehouse operations to fulfil customer needs • Assist in the training of new hires, as needed. • When possible, assist in de-escalating incidents within the warehouse. • Multi-tasking to complete assigned area in warehouse while monitoring activities of employees. • Ensure uninterrupted production flow in assigned work areas • Consult with management to clarify department priorities, identify issues, and suggest changes as needed • Inspects and evaluates areas within the cooler, freezer and dry area of the warehouse • Ensures the proper chemicals for sanitizing specific areas • Participate in routine sanitation and workplace safety Requirements • Proven work experience as a warehouse lead • Highly effective lead skills and techniques • Knowledge of warehouse operations • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations • Strong organizational and time management skills • Must have flexible hours • Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
