Job Duties: Work with other company Carpenters and PMs on a range of tasks through all phases of the project lifecycle. Take direction from Lead Carpenter for tasks to perform. Maintain excellent communication up and down the organization. Leads assist PM in managing on-site workers, subs and material deliveries. Maintain job safety and ensure site is clean and organized. Check into the job and task in our smartphone app daily to ensure accuracy in cost tracking. Have reliable transportation and show up to the job site on time. 2-5 years’ experience in the residential construction industry for carpenter positions. 5+ years of experience for Leads/Superintendents. Knowledge commensurate with your level of: Principles and practices for building construction, engineering and architecture related to design and construction. Knowledge of fundamentals of tools and woodworking. Knowledge of framing techniques and methods. Knowledge of applicable local and international codes. Possessing the tools you need to perform your job. Ability to read and understand plans.
