Description
We are hiring for a full time Maintenance Tech Position.
Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5p.m.
Must know basic electrical, plumbing, maintenance.
Knowledge of Boilers a plus but not required.
Will be working in Make ready units, work orders and grounds-keeping.
After training is complete this position is required to be on call 1 week out of every month. If you cannot be on call please do not apply. On call will be required after training is completed.
Must have reliable transportation, be a team player and communicate well with others.
