Description
I was a witness to a murder in Jefferson City Tn in 2019. I would rather not say my name. They dropped his charges down from 3 counts of first degree murder to reckless homicide. He has spent 3 years in county jail already and the possibility that he walks is a real possibility on his sentencing date. At the scene of the crime he made all kinds of threats towards witnesses (Yes even death). I honestly believe him. Jefferson co does not offer any kind of protection other than jail to witnesses. I would honestly like to relocate my family far away from here now that the trial is over for there protection. Are there any programs out there that would help me do this? His Sentencing is on Sept 19th and I am honestly afraid for my loved ones.
