We will have a workshop starting in July 15th , Friday, on ground, in The Shed building. During 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) students will have the chance to start a service design project guided by Carol. These 3 first days will happen on The Shed.
Then, from Monday (18th) until Thursday (21th) students will work in the project, having guidance from Carol remotely. Then in the next Friday 22th Carol returns to Savannah and work together you until Sunday, again in person, to finish the project.

Through recent years, she has worked as a consult and a mentor for Fortune 500 companies, helping teams work through complexity and overcome business challenges to deliver meaningful solutions through a service-design approach. Today, she is a Design Manager at AdventHealth Central Florida Division, helping the organization design for healthcare service experiences. She is SDN Accredited and teaches at SDN Academy on strategic design with people across the world.
