Are you new to wine? Or maybe you just want to continue enhancing your knowledge of wine. If so, this is the class for you. In this Wine 101 class taught by Tina Witham, you will learn all the fundamentals of wine! You will leave with comprehensive basic knowledge of how to taste, talk , and evaluate wines. We will review wine labels, major wine grapes, and wine regions. This is a tasting class, you will enjoy a variety of breads and cheeses to compliment your wine tasting. At the end of our tastings you enjoy a selection of charcuterie along with your choice of wine sampled previously. Come prepared to have all your questions answered as your knowledge of wine grows. Cost of this class is $60/person
